There is no shortcut way. You will have to sweat and pump and spend some time to do those exercises and workouts.

Even if you are not fat but lean, if you’re inactive you increase your risk of cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

Exercise 30 minutes for three times a week to maintain a good health.Some people take the easy way out by popping in pills or dieting.It is not the same as exercise.

You will find that those sacrifices is well worth the efforts. You will see a fitter and a more healthy person .You will shed some weight, lose some fats and gained some muscles.You will also be lowering your cholesterol and blood pressures.

Your self esteem will improve and you will feel great about everything..It will improve your sex life , sleep better and may give up smoking if you are a smoker.There are alot of benefits when you have a regular exercise regime.

After exercising , you will need to eat the right kind of food that will ‘zing’ up your sex drive. Foods that are good for the heart is also good for the libido because they will increase the blood flow down there.

Fresh oysters are an aphrodisiac and great for sex. It is very delicious when taken fresh and raw.

Just like sushi, salmon , tuna , octopus , it taste like Heaven. You may not take too much or you will get loose motions or allergy to sea food.

They contain zinc which is great for your libido. You can find zinc in other sea foods and also turkey and beef . After a bowl of beef noodles , you will discover that you have a strong urge down there.

Proteins are essential for producing sperms . When the sperm reservoir is full, you will get the sexual tensions and want to find the release.The more sperms you produce , the more you will crave for sex. Everyday , your testicles produce millions of sperms.

Other sex foods are beans , nuts , antichoke, asparagus ,avocadoes, durians, ginger, chilies, curry, cummins, red wines and chocolates.

The Chinese believed that if you eat the organs of animals, you will rejuvenate your organs.There is some scientific proof to this.They like to eat the penises of tigers and it is very costly as tigers are now considered rare animals. The cheaper alternatives is ox penis and balls.

When you exercise , you will be taking more proteins , eggs, milk ,fish,nuts and your engine will be turbo charged

You become a new person and wont feel tired after climbing the staircase.With a slimmer and fitter body , you would feel sexually desirable .You would also look younger and sexy .

The next process would be to rekindle your romantic love for her..to woo her with all your heart.

Your life will be on a roll,more healthy, fitter ,stronger and great sex , enjoy it, the rewards are sweet !!!
