Jogging Will Give You Sagging Breast !

Jogging is a good cardiovascular exercise as it strengthens your lungs and hearts and other muscles and body parts.

Jogging can put a great deal of pressure on the breasts and causes them to bounce uncontrollably, causing pain and sagging in the long run.It stretches the ligaments and weakens the support.

For women who jogs, they maybe jogging to a saggy breast.Have they become saggy lately ?

If you have a small breasts , you will not encounter the pain and the discomfort when you jog.

They sagged because they do not wear proper sports bra which prevents the breast from swinging and bouncing by 78%. If you have breasts like Milani's, jogging or any vigorous exercises will be out for you.

Most women wear normal bra’s when jogging or some poor quality sports bra’s which is just in name only.

If you want to exercise and prevent your breast from sagging, you need proper attires .

The breasts have no muscles and only fats , ligaments and connective tissues. If they are too large , they will begin to droop and will need some support .

Sagging is natural and inevitable whether you wear a bra or not . When you are young and your skin is elastic, it will be able to hold them up.Going bra less or wearing the wrong one's will only hasten the process.

Wearing bra's all the time is not the answer as you need to free the breast and for the ligaments to be in use ,otherwise it will atrophy..Those breasts you see in those glossy magazines are not in their natural state .

There is no need to worry over it. . All breasts are different and even your right ones maybe different from your left.
No one can fight against gravity.

These are the most perfect boobs, for they looked luscious, voluptuous ,erotic and taste delicious ..Yummy! Licks the lips…..naughty pair of boobs that can be eaten..LOL!

What makes a pair of perfect boobs? Everyone has their own taste and outlook for what is a pair of perfect boobs ,for beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
